Processing lead-times vary by item and warehouse location. From the moment your order has been placed on RD Home dot com, our partner warehouse locations begin the fulfilment process. Most items RD Home offers will arrive at your doorstep in 2-7 business days [Parcel Only]. For items that need to be shipped LTL, it can take up to 21 days for your products to arrive via truck delivery.Â
SIGN FOR PACKAGE
Parcel orders shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS are usually delivered without a signature. Some LTL shipments will require a designated date and signature for delivery, but RD Home will be in contact to arrange a shipment timeframe that works for your schedule.Â
HOW ARE LTL SHIPMENTS DELIVERY ARRANGED
Several days before the expected delivery, the carrier will call you to schedule an appointment. Please setup a day and time that works best for you.Â

Merchandise returns need authorization regardless of reason. Any returns due to buyer remorse must be in the original package, re-sellable condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt at the customer's expense. Credits will be given once received back at the warehouse and determined in good condition.Â
In order to access a return authorization number, please email: returns@rd-home.com or call our customer service representatives Monday - Saturday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST: +1 844-983-2265. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to your residence.Â

We do our best to distribute in-stock furniture and home goods 24/7, but from time-to-time popular products go out-of-stock.
